]]> Organic olive shapes and negative space play back and forth. In one of my most popular styles, this work combines smooth curves and layered dimensionality.

This version is approximately 19″ x 40″.

This artwork is currently created with vertical hanging hardware pre-installed.

This sculpture is part of a series that plays with organic olive shapes and negative space. Freeform Olive Small is perfect for nooks, bathrooms or intimate garden areas. Made from durable powder coated aluminum materials, it will last for years to come.

Below, Freeform Olive Small is shown during the assembly process.  The wall sculpture consists of two layers, creating depth and an interaction of negative spaces.  In the first photograph, mounting hardware is attached to the back layer.  Standoffs and my custom-designed mounting plates provide a surface for the front layer.  In The second photograph, I applied construction adhesive to the plates.  I used spray paint cans to help me align the two layers.  The third photograph shows the assembled artwork, with the front layer adhered to the mounting plates and the back layer.

First, I bolted standoffs and mounting plates to the back layer.

Second, I applied glue to the mounting plates. I used spray paint cans to help me align the two layers.

Finally, I adhered the front layer to the plates and the back layer. Once the glue dries, it will be ready for a new loving home!

]]> My biggest sculpture yet, this massive freeform sculpture makes an elegant and powerful statement.  Organic olive shapes and negative space play back and forth. This work combines smooth curves and layered dimensionality in a masterpiece that is over nine feet long.

A powder coated finish provides durability that will last for years even in an outdoor installation.

This larger larger size sculpture is shipped in two separate sections with mounting hardware and layout template for the proper effect.  On checkout, you may specify whether you intend to hang it horizontally and vertically, and I will set up the hardware to match.

This sculpture won an Award of Merit at the 2022 Gasparilla Festival of the Arts.
