I make every effort to ship your order within three days. However, please be aware that if your artwork requires a custom crate, it may take up to ten days to build the crate and package your order for shipment.
If there are any delays in your shipment, we will be in contact with you. As soon as your order is shipped, we will let you know.
I do not prepare orders for pick up for shipping or transport via a third party. I reserve the right to refuse delivery to a common carrier or other third party attempting to pick up an order on your behalf.
I do not support the use of freight forwarding services. Customers engage freight forwarders at their own risk. I will not complete or sign any documentation from freight forwarding companies or forwarding agents.

However, in the unlikely event that you aren’t satisfied, please follow the instructions below to make a return or exchange.
To make a return or exchange, please email email@example.com. All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your artwork, though I understand there may be an exception for artwork received as a gift.
Once I have received your request, I will provide you with return instructions. Please keep all of the original packaging materials to use for return shipping. All returns must be in original packaging unless packaging was damaged in shipping.
Do not ship any artwork back to me without carefully reviewing my instructions. Failure to follow instructions can affect your return.
Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the artwork arrived damaged. If artwork did arrive damaged, please send a photograph of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I do not accept returns for custom orders.
